At the retreat we create a very safe, accepting and healing environment.
We respect your boundaries. Everything is under your control. You decide to what degree you want to participate. All meditations and techniques are just an invitation. There is nothing you must or should do.
The whole process is safe, beautiful and playful. Through this training you have a chance to discover your true self and open up for more love, ecstasy, inner wisdom and Godliness.

I don't know if it's for me.
However, you don't have to worry. The entire seminar is conducted in a very kind, playful, accepting and safe manner. Besides, it will be great fun. 😉 You will be accompanied by top lecturers and a whole team of experienced assistants.
We respect your boundaries and everything happens under your control. You don't have to do anything you don't want to. You can always ask for emotional support or just a hug. If you have any additional questions, feel free to call the organizer and she will help you find out if the seminar is suitable for you.
What if I feel uncomfortable doing some of the techniques?
However, there is such a sweet spot between respecting your boundaries and stepping out of your comfort zone. It is good to learn to feel it because that is where growth and healing lie.
If some techniques involve touch and you don't feel comfortable with that, you will always have the alternative of practicing the technique without physical touch. For example, energetically in the auric field - a few centimeters from the body.
We also have great assistants who are always at your disposal if you need emotional support. You can ask anyone from the team or the lecturer for help at any time.
I live close by, can I commute?
This seminar is an invitation for you to allow yourself to switch off from the outside world, to treat yourself really only to yourself, to surrender to the process and not to worry about anything. During the breaks, it's a good idea to relax in your room or take a walk in the park so that the energy changes can be integrated more easily.
